The Evangelical Alliance has appointed Steve Clifford - whose innovation and leadership has helped shape some of the UK Church's biggest national campaigns in the past decade - as its new General Director.
We give thanks that Steve Clifford has been appointed as the Alliance's General Director please see the press release for details.
We are committed to praying regularly for Steve and we want to encourage you (and your church/organisation) to join with us.
Helpful prayer pointers from the EA:
1. Pray for Steve as he officially started work at the Alliance on Monday 6th April that he will have wisdom to prioritise the many demands on his time.
2. Pray for a good start to relationships between Steve, the Executive and National Directors and the staff team.
3. Pray for Steve as he works with the members of the Alliance Board and Council and as he develops relationships with leaders across the evangelical constituency and beyond.
4. Pray for the whole staff team, in the national offices in Cardiff, Glasgow and Belfast, and at Whitefield House, that their trust would be in Jesus, and their eyes firmly fixed on Him in the months that lie ahead as they work together uniting to change society.
